I build automation around the actual operation: where information arrives, who checks it, what happens next, and how a failed step is recovered. AI is useful for interpreting evidence or language; explicit rules keep the process accountable.
Turn repeated handoffs into a workflow your team can follow.
I trace how records are created, matched, updated and reconciled. The work can include product normalization, fiscal enrichment, duplicate repair and rebuilding a sync so the same error does not return on its next run.
Make the data dependable before building on top of it.
I build interfaces for the decisions your team makes every day. That means understanding roles, access boundaries, the devices people use and what must be recorded when something changes.
I work on the boundaries between products: identity, requests, data ownership and recovery. A working integration must account for slow services, expired access, duplicate events and partial failures.
Connect the systems. Make the failure paths explicit.
I build interactive websites where the interface expresses the work. This portfolio combines a readable homepage and project atlas with an optional 3D flight console. The experience is a working example of the frontend, interaction and integration decisions I can bring to a project.
Give people something worth exploring—and a clear way forward.
01
How the five services connect
They are one practice described from five entry points, not five departments. A catalog-quality problem usually becomes a pipeline question, and then an internal-tool question once somebody has to review the exceptions. Most of the published work crosses two or three of these headings, which is why every service page links the case studies that actually support it instead of a general portfolio.
02
How an engagement runs
Discovery first: I read the process as it runs today, the tools involved and the failure that costs the most. Then a written scope with the boundary drawn explicitly — what stays deterministic, what needs interpretation, what a person approves. Then implementation against acceptance statements you can test, and a handover that names who owns hosting, access and updates afterwards.
03
How pricing works
Every engagement starts with a $150 audit: a 45-minute call and a written fix list with a fixed price next to each item. The $150 is credited in full against a build. Builds start at $1,500 at a fixed price agreed in writing before work starts, and an optional $500/month care plan covers monitoring, fixes and one new automation a month. Full details are on the pricing page.
04
What you can count on
A fixed price before any work starts, so overruns are my problem rather than your invoice. Testing on your real cases before anything goes live. A written handover, and full ownership of everything that was built. You work directly with the engineer who builds it. Each case study states its own scope, so you can see exactly what was done rather than a borrowed headline number.
START WITH A $150 AUDIT
Where is your business losing leads or hours?
Tell me what happens today and what keeps going wrong. I reply with times for a 45-minute audit call; you get a written fix list with fixed prices, and the $150 is credited against any build.
