Calls ring out while you are on a job
Invoca reports that 27% of calls to home-services businesses go unanswered, and fewer than 3% of callers sent to voicemail leave a message.
FOR HOME-SERVICE BUSINESSES
Every call, form and finished job gets a fast, friendly follow-up, even when your whole crew is on a roof, under a sink or behind a mower.
Cleaning, HVAC, plumbing, roofing, landscaping and pest-control businesses rarely lose work because the job was done badly. They lose it in the gaps: the call nobody could answer, the quote request that sat in an inbox until 9pm, the happy customer nobody asked for a review. I build small, reliable automations that close those gaps around the phone number, website form and job software you already use.

SOUND FAMILIAR?
Invoca reports that 27% of calls to home-services businesses go unanswered, and fewer than 3% of callers sent to voicemail leave a message.
In a Harvard Business Review study of lead response, firms that made contact within an hour were nearly seven times as likely to have a real conversation with the buyer as those that waited longer. A form that is answered tomorrow is often already lost.
Only 4% of consumers say they never read online reviews of local businesses (BrightLocal, 2025), and email or text requests are the methods most likely to produce one. Without a routine ask after every job, your review count grows slower than your work deserves.
Quotes, reminders, follow-ups and "just checking in" texts all come back to the owner or one office manager. Most of it is the same five messages, repeated every day.
WHAT I BUILD
When a call to your business number is not answered, the caller gets a text from your business within seconds, you get an alert, and the call is logged.
What changes: A missed call becomes a text conversation instead of a lost job, and you can see every call you need to return.
Replies to every website form or quote request in under 60 seconds by text or email, alerts the owner and logs the lead.
What changes: Customers hear back while they are still comparing companies, including at night and on weekends.
Sends two short, polite follow-ups to leads who have not been contacted, and stops as soon as the lead is marked booked.
What changes: No lead goes quiet because someone forgot. Nobody gets chased after they have already booked.
A couple of hours after a job is marked complete, sends the customer your Google review link and an invitation to reply privately if anything was not right.
What changes: Every customer is asked the same way, and a complaint reaches you the same day instead of turning up as a one-star review.
Sends reminders the day before and a heads-up when the tech is on the way, from the schedule already in your job software.
What changes: Fewer no-shows and locked gates, and fewer "when are you coming?" calls.
Checks unsigned quotes after a few days and sends a friendly nudge with a link to approve.
What changes: Quotes stop dying in inboxes, and your team only calls the customers who reply.
No new software to learn. If one of your tools cannot be connected reliably, the audit tells you before you spend anything on a build.

EVIDENCE / HONEST VERSION
I have not worked with a home-service business yet, so you will not find home-service testimonials here, and I will not invent them. What you can check: the first three automations on this page are written up as free n8n templates (missed-call text-back, web-lead reply with follow-ups, and review request after a job). Ask and I will send them, so you can see exactly how they work before paying anything. My published case studies show the same building blocks in production. GrowthOS brings web, chat and phone intake into one customer record. The speech-to-text pipeline replaced a $20/month tool with one that costs about $1.80/month. Across my own systems: 14 workflows validated end to end and 267 recorded runs.

BEFORE YOU BOOK
Start with the Automation Audit for $150: a 45-minute call and a written map of where your business is losing time and leads, with a prioritised fix list. The $150 is credited in full against a build. Builds start at $1,500, fixed scope and fixed price agreed before work starts. The optional care plan is $500/month for monitoring, fixes, small changes and one new automation a month, and you can cancel anytime. Texting fees are billed by the provider to your own account, usually a small monthly amount.
Most first builds are live in about two weeks after the audit, including testing with your real phone number and form before anything reaches customers.
No. The automations work around what you already use: your phone number, your website form, Jobber, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan or a Google Sheet. If a tool you rely on cannot be connected reliably, I will tell you during the audit instead of after you have paid for a build.
Every build sends an alert when a step fails, so problems get noticed instead of silently losing leads. Anything that does not work as agreed at handover is fixed as part of the build. After that, the care plan covers monitoring and fixes, or the handover notes let anyone else maintain it.
I am based in the Philippines and work remotely. Calls are scheduled in your local business hours. The automations themselves run around the clock, which is the point: they answer your customers at 10pm whether or not anyone is awake.
