Stop finding out about problems from your customers.
Most small stores run on a handful of good apps and a lot of copying between them. Somebody checks stock by hand, somebody fixes product listings when an ad gets rejected, and somebody answers the same "where is my order?" email again. I connect the tools you already pay for so those checks happen on their own and the exceptions land in front of the right person. You own what I build, and it doesn't charge you per order.

SOUND FAMILIAR?
Where the money leaks
You find out an item is sold out when a customer complains
Out-of-stocks are measured in the trillions. IHL Group estimates they cost retailers about $1.2 trillion worldwide in 2024. For a small store, the cost is a sold-out bestseller still taking orders, or a product page that leads nowhere.
Product listings with gaps are quietly costing you sales
In Syndigo's 2024 survey, 50% of shoppers said they had abandoned a purchase in the past six months because they couldn't find enough product information. 83% said they were likely to leave a site that didn't have it. Missing photos, thin descriptions and blank barcodes add up.
"Where is my order?" eats your support inbox
Published estimates of how much support volume is order-status questions vary widely, from about 10% to 40% (Ship24 reviews the figures and their weaknesses). Few owners would call it small, and most of it can be answered before the customer asks.
The orders that need a person look like every other order
A large order shipping abroad, a gift note, a wholesale customer, a paid order that has sat for four days. Nothing flags them, so they get noticed late or not at all.
WHAT I BUILD
Automations that fix it
01
Stock alert and reorder sheet
Every morning it checks every product you track, flags anything low, sold out or still selling at zero stock, and updates a shared reorder sheet.
What changes: You see the problem before the customer does, ranked from worst to least urgent.
02
Catalog fix list
Every week it reads your whole catalog and lists each product missing a photo, description, SKU, barcode, weight or price, with a link straight to it.
What changes: Cleanup turns into a to-do list your team can work through instead of guesswork.
03
Order exception alerts
Each new order is checked against your rules: high value, different billing and shipping country, a customer note, a VIP or wholesale tag, express shipping. Matches are sent to Slack or email with the reason attached.
What changes: The few orders that need a person get one, quickly.
04
Late-shipment updates
Every day it finds paid orders that haven't shipped after a set number of days and drafts an honest update for each customer, ready to send or sent automatically once you approve the wording.
What changes: Customers hear from you before they have to ask.
05
Daily sales and refunds digest
One short morning message with yesterday's orders, revenue, refunds and anything unusual, pulled from your store and your payment or accounting tool.
What changes: You stop logging into four dashboards to find out how yesterday went.
06
Store-to-books sync
Orders, refunds and fees flow into QuickBooks or Xero with checks that catch duplicates and missing records.
What changes: Your books match your store without anyone re-typing.

01 / AUTOMATION AUDIT
Find where your business leaks leads and hours.
$150one-time
A 45-minute call where you walk me through how the work happens today
A written map of the manual steps, missed handoffs and tools involved
A prioritised fix list with a fixed price for each fix
The $150 is credited in full if you go ahead with a build
I haven't worked with a Shopify store yet, and I won't pretend otherwise. What I have done is the hard part underneath a store: product data and stock. For a multi-country tire and parts retailer I built a catalog lookup and cleanup that covered about 243,000 products and corrected 26,420 rows across 16 kinds of defect. For the same type of business I built an inventory system for 5,000+ products across four warehouses, with a record of every change. And for a distributor I traced a sync that was quietly creating duplicate payment records, then rebuilt it so it can safely run again without doubling anything. Each one is written up as a case study you can read before we talk.
Start with the $150 Automation Audit: a 45-minute call and a written map of where your store is leaking time and orders, with a prioritised fix list. The $150 is credited in full if you go ahead with a build. Builds start at $1,500 at a fixed price agreed before work begins. The optional care plan is $500 a month for monitoring, fixes, small changes and one new automation a month, and you can cancel anytime.
How long does it take?
A typical build of one to three connected workflows is live in about two weeks. The audit comes first so the scope and price are clear before anything is built.
Why not just install another app?
Sometimes an app is the right answer, and the audit will say so. But apps usually solve one piece, charge per order or per month as you grow, and don't talk to each other. I build the connections between the apps you already use, on an account you own, so you aren't renting it.
What happens if something breaks?
Every workflow sends an alert when a step fails instead of failing silently, and the handover notes explain how it works. On the care plan I monitor it and fix issues. Without one, fixes are quoted as small jobs.
You're overseas. How does that work?
I'm based in the Philippines and work remotely with clients in other time zones. We agree a weekly check-in time, updates are written so you can read them whenever suits you, and I only need the access the job requires, usually a limited app key rather than your login.
Tell me what happens today and what keeps going wrong. I reply with times for a 45-minute audit call; you get a written fix list with fixed prices, and the $150 is credited against any build.
